Terrorism, violence, riot etc are very common everywhere and it is increasing day by day.

HUKUMAT is the story of “Shantinagar”. All sorts of anti-social activities like terrorism, violence, riot etc are on its peak in this tiny village—where nobody knows the real meaning of “Shanti”. This village is governed by the blood-shedding administration of r D.B.D.N. There is no record of any crime in the Police records and as per police records the rat eof crime in Shantinagar is almost nil.

The hero of HUKUMAT is Arjun Singh, son of a retired military officer. His father was brutally murdered, when Arjun was a child. With his true dedication to fulfill the dream of his father Arjun becomes Police Officer. He has his own style to handle criminals.

DIG Khan sends Arjun Singh to Shantinagar to restore peace in this tiny village. As soon as he enters this village Arjun Singh gets the real picture of Shantinagar. He tackles the culprits in his own style and sets the administration.

One day he comes face to face with the uncrowned underworld king DBDN—No sooner Arjun sees DBDN he is shocked—DBDN is no one else but the same Mangal Singh, who murdered his father. Here starts the emotional action of HUKUMAT.

Will Arjun Singh succeed in avenging his father’s murder? Could Arjun Singh restore peace in Shantinagar? Is he able to punish DBDN and his gangsters?

HUKUMAT is the only answer to all these questions.
